GOSEI – the Five Elements theory uses elements of CHINESE MEDICINE AND FENGSHUI, and combines them with NLP. Many case studies showed the great results of GOSEI also in controlling emotions, for phobias, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and other problems.
GOSEI Workshops
It’s hard to overemphasize the transformational power and the value of attending a live, in person workshop.
Step by step, with each section building on the one before, these workshops systematically train you in BECOMING A GOSEI LIFESTYLE CONSULTANT .
Each two-day workshop is comprised of 5 learning modules that steadily build your GOSEI skills, as developed in the GOSEI Tutorials, as well as, deeper explanations of the key methods of GOSEI. Participants will receive about 5 hours per class of hands-on demonstrations, supervised exercises, guidance and feedback from certified expert trainers per workshop.

Workshop Levels 1 and 2, and the GOSEI SPECIALTY workshops, offer a beginning and intermediate level understanding of THE FIVE ELEMENTS THEORY AND ITS APPLICATIONS;
In the two-day Level 1 Workshop, beginners can learn and explore GOSEI basics, while current practitioners can build their skills and confidence. It is a prerequisite for the Level 2 Workshop.
The two-day Level 2 Workshop moves you on through supervised practice to deeply explore GOSEI and sharpen your practitioner’s skills.
Level 3 workshops are suitable for those with a thorough existing knowledge of GOSEI, in most cases you will be required to have completed the GOSEI Level 1 and Level 2 workshops. Please give yourself 6 months or more of GOSEI practice after a Level 2 class before enrolling in Level 3.
You can take a Specialty Workshop anytime; there are no prerequisites for these classes since they cover special topics like love relationships, dream-work and finances; however we recommend you are thoroughly familiar with GOSEI LEVEL 1 AND 2 workshops may be applied as the third workshop required for THE GOSEI LIFESTYLE CONSULTANT Certification.
Workshop Locations
To make GOSEI training as affordable and convenient as possible, GOSEI Workshops are offered all over the world by professional Trainers, who WERE FORMED DIRECTLY BY CARMEN OKABE. The classes offered below are typically limited in number of participants and usually offer Early Bird Discounts. Most training are held at hotels close to airports and Trainers attempt to secure group rates. During lockdown, online classes are available, please contact us for details.
